Who is responsible

What data

• Your name, company name and email address, if you email me or fill in a form.
• The Excel or CSV file you send for the scan. Outstanding items: supplier number, amount, invoice date, due date. Paid invoices: supplier number, invoice number, amount, invoice date, payment date. I do not ask for IBANs as a rule.

What for

• Contacting you about the scan, because you asked me to.
• Performing the scan if you order it, including using AI on the list you supply, only for your scan.
• Invoicing, because the law requires it.

Legal basis: your request for contact, the contract if you order the scan, and the legal duty to keep the invoice.

How long

• Contact details with no follow-up: at most 6 months after the last contact.
• The Excel file and the scan result: deleted within 30 days after delivery.
• Invoice data: 7 years, the statutory tax retention period.

Sharing

I do not sell your data and I do not share it for advertising. Your list is not resold. If an external AI service is needed for a step of the scan, that happens only for your scan, and as limited as possible.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. Email info@facturenscan.nl. You will receive a reply within one month.

Complaint

If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
